Technology should make business simpler.
TD Technologies is a small marketing and systems business in Swindon, working with service businesses across the UK. The work is fairly narrow on purpose: bring in the right enquiries, and make sure the ones you get are handled properly.
HOW IT STARTED
The same conversation, over and over.
Business owners kept describing the same situation: they were generating enquiries, sometimes plenty of them, and still felt like the phone wasn't ringing with real work. The leads existed. What happened next was the problem.
Almost every one of them had been sold software that was going to fix it. Most of it sat unused, because it added admin instead of removing it, and nobody had looked at how the business actually worked before switching it on.
So TD Technologies works the other way round: understand the process first, then add only the technology that improves it. Sometimes that's advertising. Often it's just making sure someone gets a reply within five minutes instead of five hours.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Seven things that shape every build.
IN OUR OWN WORDS
A short introduction, from the founder.
Roughly what's written above, in fewer words.
HOW WE WORK
Small, direct and involved.
You deal with the person doing the work. There's no account manager relaying messages, and no fifty-slide monthly report nobody reads.
Because of that we take on a limited number of clients at a time. If we're not the right fit, or you'd be better served by someone specialising in something else, we'll say so on the first call.
Everything runs in your accounts
Your ad account, your data, your domain, your customer records. Nothing is held hostage.
Messages get signed off by you
Nothing goes out in your name that you haven't read first.
Based in Swindon, working UK-wide
Calls, screens and the occasional visit. Distance has never been the difficult part.
