THE PROBLEM

The enquiry exists in five places and belongs to nobody.

A form email in one inbox. A text thread on someone's personal phone. A Facebook message nobody's opened. A note on the back of a delivery docket. A spreadsheet last updated in March.

Nothing is deliberately dropped. It just becomes impossible to answer a simple question: which enquiries are still live, and what's the next thing that needs doing?

WHAT CHANGES

Stages that mean something

New, contacted, qualified, booked, quoted, won, lost — named for how your business actually sells, not a software default.

The whole history in one card

Every message, call note, quote and appointment attached to the person, so anyone picking it up has the context.

Where it came from

Ad, website form, missed call or Instagram — recorded automatically, so you find out which channel produces real work.

Usable from a van

The mobile view is the one that matters. Five seconds between jobs should be enough to see what's new.

What setting it up involves

01

Map how you sell now

The real steps between enquiry and job, including the ones that only exist in your head.

02

Build the pipeline

Stages, fields, tags and the handful of reports worth looking at. Nothing you won't use.

03

Connect the channels

Forms, ads, phone, Facebook and Instagram feeding in, so there's no manual copying.

04

Get your team using it

A short walkthrough and a system simple enough that people don't quietly go back to WhatsApp.

WHERE IT FITS

The CRM is where everything else plugs in.

Response, follow-up, qualification and booking all read from and write to the same records. That's what stops them becoming four disconnected tools.

USEFUL IF

More than one person handles enquiries

You couldn't say today how many quotes are outstanding

Leads arrive from several places at once

You're spending on advertising and can't trace what it produced

Questions about the CRM

Do I have to stop using what I've got?

Not if it works. Some clients keep their existing job management or accounts software and we handle only the enquiry-to-appointment part. We'd rather add one system than force out three.

What's actually included?

The pipeline and stages, contact records with full conversation history, shared inbox for messages, calendars and appointments, tasks and reminders, reporting on enquiries and bookings, and mobile access for your team.

Can we import our existing contacts?

Usually yes, if they're in a spreadsheet or another system. Worth being selective — importing four years of dead leads rarely helps.

Who owns the data?

You do. It's your customer information; we process it on your behalf. It can be exported at any point. See the privacy policy for how it's handled.
