APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Turn conversations into actual appointments.

A quote, survey or consultation offered at the moment someone's interested — with real availability, a confirmation and a reminder, so fewer people vanish between "sounds good" and a date.

Travel time, working hours and how many surveys a day you're willing to do are all built into what gets offered.

THE PROBLEM

Eleven messages to agree on a Thursday.

"Are you free this week?" "How's Wednesday?" "Sorry, missed this — next week?" Every exchange loses a bit of momentum, and by the third one the customer has usually had someone else round.

Then the ones you do book don't always happen, because nothing reminded them.

WHAT CHANGES

Two real slots, offered immediately

A choice of two beats an open question. Most people pick one.

Your diary rules respected

Working hours, buffer time, travel between areas, and a cap on how many visits a day.

Confirmations and reminders

Sent automatically, with an easy way to move it rather than silently not being in.

Approve bookings if you'd rather

Some clients want every appointment confirmed by a person first. That's a setting, not a rebuild.

Appointment types we usually set up

Site survey

On-site measure-up for bigger jobs. Longer slots, tighter geography, travel time built in.

Quote visit

Shorter appointments where a price can be given on the day.

Phone consultation

A fifteen-minute call for enquiries not yet worth a visit — useful for long lead-time projects.

Callback slot

For missed calls: a time you've actually agreed to ring, not "we'll be in touch".

WHERE IT FITS

Booking is the last step before you take over.

It works best when qualification happens first — otherwise you fill your diary with visits that shouldn't have been booked.

USEFUL IF

Arranging a visit takes several days of messages

People agree to a survey and then go quiet

You get no-shows because nothing reminded them

More than one person needs to see the same diary

Questions about booking

Will it double-book me?

No. It reads your live calendar, so anything already in there blocks the slot — including personal appointments if that calendar is connected.

Can I stop it booking too far apart geographically?

Yes. Slots can be grouped by area and days so you're not crossing the county twice in an afternoon.

What if the customer wants to rearrange?

Reminders include a way to move it, which is far better than them simply not being in when you arrive.

Does this replace my existing calendar?

No. It connects to Google or Outlook so appointments appear where you already look for them.

How many surveys could you do next week?

We'll build the booking rules around that, not the other way round.
